Local Sales Manager - Dermave Spa, Jacksonville, FL

DermaVe Spa

Opening:
Join our professional aesthetics team at Dermave Spa in Jacksonville, FL as a Local Sales Manager ! We are seeking a motivated leader to drive in-spa sales and support clients in achieving their skincare goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor the in-spa sales team to consistently meet daily sales targets
Drive sales by upselling treatments, packages, and skincare products
Maintain high levels of client satisfaction
Monitor daily net sales performance and provide feedback
Collaborate with management to enhance sales strategies
Ensure smooth coordination among team members

Qualifications:

Previous sales experience in any industry
Highly motivated, results-driven, and enthusiastic
Strong leadership and communication skills

Compensation:

Base pay of P3,000 per month
Commission opportunities available, discussed during interview
