Key Responsibilities of the Finance Manager

Lead P&L trend reporting and monthly variance analysis against budget and prior periods
Translate complex financial results into clear insights for senior leadership
Manage and mentor two direct reports while maintaining strong reporting controls
Build and standardize dashboards, reporting templates, and recurring finance processes
Partner with business leaders on financial planning, decision support, and ad hoc analysis

Qualifications for the Finance Manager

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
5+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or accounting
Experience managing or mentoring finance professionals
Strong P&L, variance analysis, financial reporting, and advanced Excel experience
Experience within a multi-entity or services organization preferred
