Johnson Service Group (JSG) has partnered with a high-growth client and is actively seeking a Recruiter to support hiring across Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Operations, and G&A functions. This position is on-site 5 days per week. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy owning the full recruiting lifecycle this is a great opportunity to make an immediate impact. Payrate $60 per hour Key Responsibilities Own full-cycle recruiting for roles such as Manufacturing Engineers, Quality, Production, Supply Chain, and more Partner with hiring managers to define needs and drive strategic sourcing efforts Build strong pipelines using job boards, referrals, and networking Manage candidates and workflows using Workday (or similar ATS) Track recruiting metrics and improving hiring efficiency Deliver a top-tier candidate experience from outreach to onboarding Experience 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in manufacturing, operations, or supply chain environments Experience recruiting for roles such as manufacturing engineers, quality, production, and supply chain positions Proficiency with ATS platforms, ideally Workday Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment Core Competencies: Strategic talent planning with a sense of urgency Results-driven and proactive mindset Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Ability to build relationships and influence hiring decisions Johnson Service Group (JSG) is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
