ACU Registered Nurse

The Clinical Nurse performs a variety of nursing care procedures requiring professional nursing knowledge, consideration of specific patient conditions and treatments, and the ability to work independently while following physician orders, standards of care, nursing policies, and hospital guidelines. Nursing duties include supporting patients of all ages and their families.

Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of experience working as a nurse in an acute or sub-acute facility
• Valid, current, full, and unrestricted Nursing License to practice nursing in any state of the United States of America, The Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, or a territory of the United States
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association
• Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) from the American Heart Association
• Complete Trauma Care After Resuscitation (TCAR) within six months of hire
• National Institutes of Health (NIH) – NIHSS – NIH Stroke Scale completed within six months of hire

Housing Information:
• Shared housing units available for $600 per month based on availability
• No family or pets allowed in housing

Shift: Nights (18:30 - 07:00)
Schedule: 3 x 12-hour shifts
