At Real Floors Commercial, Inc., we're seeking a Warehouse Manager who embodies integrity, has a strong work ethic and the experience to manage operations in a commercial construction setting. Your leadership will drive efficiency, accuracy, and compliance while ensuring that our warehouse runs smoothly and safely.

About the Role: As the Warehouse Manager, you'll be at the helm of our Charlotte warehouse, overseeing all aspects of daily operations. From managing inventory to leading a dedicated team and upholding OSHA safety standards, you'll ensure everything is running at its best. Your focus will be on creating a high-performance culture while meeting the demands of the commercial division.

What You'll Do:

• Lead all warehouse operations, from receiving and staging flooring materials to inventory management and order fulfillment.
• Manage staff scheduling, task assignments, performance evaluations, training, and development.
• Ensure accurate receipt of materials and prep for installer load-out.
• Oversee inventory cycle counts, reconcile discrepancies, and ensure stock levels align with our Warehouse Management System.
• Collaborate with Procurement to reorder materials and manage deliveries.
• Ensure warehouse safety compliance, including forklift maintenance and adherence to OSHA guidelines.
• Oversee waste/recycling processes and make deliveries to customer locations as needed.
• Train and certify staff on forklift operation every 3 years.

What We're Looking For:

• Leadership: 2+ years of experience leading and developing a high-performing warehouse team. A strong communicator who values trust, accountability, and teamwork.
• Inventory Expertise: Extensive experience (2+ years) with inventory control and using inventory management systems. Capable of reconciling discrepancies and ensuring material availability.
• Work Ethic: Strong work ethic, always delivering beyond expectations and upholding high safety standards.
• Experience: 2+ years of warehouse leadership experience, forklift operation, and familiarity with warehouse technology, including RF scanners and inventory databases.
• Physical Capability: Ability to lift 50-75 lbs. regularly.
• Other: Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
