Nestled in the heart of Southwest Florida’s vibrant landscape, Margaritaville Fort Myers Beach, under the proud operation and ownership of TPI Hospitality, offers not just a job but an opportunity for unparalleled personal and professional growth.

We are seeking energetic and outgoing individuals to join our valet team. This fast-paced, guest-facing role is key to delivering the first and last impressions of our island-inspired resort experience.

What You’ll Do:

• Warmly greet and welcome guests upon arrival, providing a welcoming atmosphere.
• Open vehicle doors and assist guests entering and exiting the vehicle.
• Provide luggage assistance when needed and ensure guests’ belongings are handled with care.
• Safely Park and retrieve guest vehicles in a timely and efficient manner according to standard operating procedures.
• Offer guests information about the resort amenities, local attractions, and transportation options.
• Remain attentive to VIPs, group arrivals, and special guest requests.
• Provide directions and respond to general inquiries with confidence and professionalism.
• Observe the “10-5” rule when hotel guests are present.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the valet area, front drive, and surrounding spaces.
• Report any maintenance concerns or safety hazards in the parking lots, garage, or guest areas.
• Follow proper key and vehicle tracking procedures to ensure guest property is secure.
• Adhere to all traffic laws, property driving policies, and safety standards while operating guest and company vehicles.
• Use proper lifting techniques and body mechanics to reduce the risk of injury.
• Remain aware of your surroundings to prevent accidents or hazards in high-traffic areas.
• Promptly report incidents, near-misses, or unsafe conditions to leadership.
• Participate in safety training programs and demonstrate commitment to a safe work environment for guests and fellow team members.

What We’re Looking For:

• High School or equivalent
• Must be at least 21 years old
• Valid driver’s license and be subject to a background check on your driving record to be authorized to drive
• Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles
• Effective communication and strong customer service skills
• Ability to stand, walk, or run for extended periods or for an entire work shift
• Capacity to move, lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds without assistance and heavier items with assistance
• Move over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces as well as up and down stairs and/or a service ramp.
• Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by the Supervisors
