We are looking for a Software Developer who enjoys building applications, solving business problems through technology, integrating systems, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to create reliable and impactful software solutions.

Position Overview

The Software Developer is responsible for developing, maintaining, testing, troubleshooting, and supporting software applications, integrations, databases, APIs, and user interfaces that power both customer-facing solutions and internal platforms.

This role focuses heavily on:

• Application development

• Software troubleshooting and maintenance

• Data services and reporting
• Cross-functional collaboration

The ideal candidate enjoys building software, solving complex technical problems, learning new technologies, and working closely with designers, engineers, project managers, and support teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

What You'll DoApplication Development

• Develop and maintain software applications using C# and .NET
• Build and enhance Blazor-based web applications
• Implement business logic, workflows, and application features
• Modify and improve existing software solutions
• Participate in code reviews and development planning
• Contribute to software documentation and technical standards

API & Integration Development

• Develop and maintain REST API integrations
• Integrate third-party systems, databases, and services
• Create data transformation and processing logic
• Develop middleware and integration services
• Troubleshoot connectivity and integration issues
• Support secure authentication and data exchange requirements

Database & Data Services

• Develop and maintain SQL queries, stored procedures, and views
• Support database design and optimization efforts
• Troubleshoot data-related issues
• Validate data integrity and accuracy
• Support reporting, analytics, and operational data requirements

Testing, Troubleshooting & Support

• Perform unit testing and functional testing
• Troubleshoot software defects and application issues
• Support deployment and release activities
• Assist Support teams with software-related escalations
• Document known issues and resolutions
• Contribute to long-term software stability and maintainability

Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

• Work closely with Engineering Leadership, Digital Experience Designers, Solutions Engineers, Project Managers, and Support teams
• Participate in technical planning and solution development
• Contribute to development standards and best practices
• Research emerging technologies and development frameworks
• Support proof-of-concept and innovation initiatives
