Labor & Employment Associate Tampa, Orlando, or Jacksonville, Florida 3–4 Years Experience $260,000–$310,000 A highly respected AmLaw firm is seeking a Labor & Employment Associate to join its nationally recognized Labor & Employment Practice Group in either Tampa, Orlando, or Jacksonville. This opportunity is ideal for an attorney looking to work on sophisticated employment litigation and counseling matters within a collaborative national platform handling complex and high‑profile labor and employment disputes. The Role Associates in this position may work on matters involving: Temporary restraining orders and injunction proceedings Trade secret misappropriation and noncompete litigation Wage & hour class and collective actions Union negotiations and traditional labor matters OSHA and workplace safety matters Employment counseling and compliance advice Single‑plaintiff employment litigation Attorneys will also have the opportunity to participate in discovery, motion practice, settlement negotiations, and trial preparation in both state and federal courts.
