Job Overview A law firm seeks an Employment Litigation Associate for its Orlando, FL office. The role involves defending and litigating a variety of employment-related claims and providing counsel to employers on labor law issues. The successful candidate will represent clients in various legal settings, including court and administrative agencies. Duties Defend and litigate lawsuits involving employment-related claims and discrimination charges. Advise and train employers on employment and labor law issues. Represent employers in court, administrative agencies, mediations, and arbitrations. Requirements JD from an ABA‑accredited law school with excellent academic credentials. 3+ years of experience in employment law or commercial litigation preferred. Current FL Bar admission in good standing. Understanding of state and federal agency procedures. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree Certifications Admission to the Florida Bar.
