Listen to customer needs, address concerns, and highlight current promotions and financing options. Understand local competitors and communicate Home Depot’s advantages, guiding customers through every step, setting clear expectations, and ensuring a smooth shopping experience. Meet monthly sales goals and other metrics to drive sales in the store. Help keep the store clean, organized, and safe, working as part of a team to deliver excellent customer service while actively monitoring inventory and driving in-stock support.
