RN will work in Hospice inpatient unit and homecare.

Current EPIC EMR proficiency is required.

Will need EPIC remote training for hospice. Active BLS & Ohio RN license are both required.

Hospice experience.

Valid driver’s license and proof of auto liability insurance for homecare.
