About the Position

Travel Registered Nurse (RN) – Med-Surg/Respiratory Unit | Ohio | 13-Week Contract

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for a 13-week travel assignment in Ohio. This position will primarily support a Respiratory/Med-Surg unit and offers an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic acute care environment.

Assignment Details:

• Location: Ohio
• Duration: 13 Weeks
• Start Date: 07/20/2026
• Shift: Nights (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM)
• Schedule: 36 Hours per Week
• EMR System: Epic

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to adult Med-Surg and Respiratory patients.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, including telemetry monitoring.
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure quality patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in Epic EMR.
• Float as needed to various Med-Surg units based on patient care demands.

Requirements

• Active Ohio RN License.
• Current BLS Certification.
• Minimum 3 years of recent Med-Surg, Telemetry, and/or Step-Down nursing experience.
• Strong telemetry interpretation skills required.
• Current Epic EMR proficiency required.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced acute care setting.
• Excellent communication, critical thinking, and patient care skills.

Preferred Experience:

• Respiratory unit experience.
• Experience caring for high-acuity medical patients.
