Responsibilities Lead customer interactions and ensure timely and successful delivery of programs within scope and budget. Systems/software requirements development, validation, integration or verification. Work across disciplines, collaborating with cross-functional teams consisting of Systems, Software, Hardware and Test Engineers to understand customer requirements and provide innovative solutions. Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and mentor team members. Strong problem-solving capabilities and can work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Proven ability to troubleshoot complex issues under pressure. Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in systems engineering. Qualifications YOU MUST HAVE Bachelors or Masters in Electric/Electronics/Computers/Aerospace Engineering. Minimum 10 years of experience working in various application areas supporting Avionics functions, Navigation and Airborne Surveillance (TCAS, Transponder, ADS-B, DME, UAT). Adept in systems integration of complex systems, systems test procedures and reviews. Ability to manage project risks and implement mitigation strategies effectively WE VALUE Master\'s Degree or advanced professional certification. Competence to convey subtle or complex messages clearly, as appropriate for the topic and audience. Passion for innovation and continuous learning. Attention to detail and excellent problem-solving capability. Individuals that quickly analyze, incorporate and apply new information and concepts.
