We are looking for a Hospitality Associate to support day-to-day front-of-house and meeting space operations in Chicago, Illinois. This Contract position is ideal for someone who enjoys creating a welcoming environment and can keep shared spaces organized, stocked, and ready for use. The role combines hospitality, room preparation, and service coordination while requiring strong communication and the ability to manage shifting priorities throughout the day.

Responsibilities:
• Prepare conference and meeting spaces based on the daily calendar, arranging furniture, refreshments, and presentation support items as needed.
• Restore rooms to an orderly condition after meetings, remove used service items, and coordinate the return of materials or equipment with outside vendors when required.
• Keep kitchen, pantry, and catering areas clean, organized, and fully prepared for ongoing office use.
• Track supply levels for food service and hospitality items and help maintain appropriate inventory to support upcoming meetings and events.
• Communicate with internal teams and service providers to ensure room setups and hospitality requests are completed accurately and on time.
• Monitor shared hospitality spaces throughout the day to address cleanliness, restocking, and presentation standards.
• Balance multiple service requests and schedule changes efficiently while maintaining a thorough and responsive approach.• At least one year of experience in office services, hospitality support, catering, or a related environment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage competing tasks and adjust priorities in a fast-paced workplace.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-service mindset and close attention to detail.
• Experience working with vendors, service deliveries, or external support partners is preferred.
• Ability to maintain organized conference rooms, kitchens, and catering areas with close attention to detail.
• Comfortable handling inventory counts and replenishing hospitality or catering supplies as needed.
• Reliable, proactive, and capable of working independently while supporting broader workplace operations.
