You’ll collaborate side-by-side with RME senior leaders, HR, Operations, and Finance to co-create people strategies that drive real business outcomes. You’ll build executive-level analytics frameworks and decision-support tools that empower leaders to act with confidence and clarity. Thrive in Amazon’s customer-obsessed, metrics-driven environment, where your ideas and innovations drive lasting change across the organization.Key job responsibilities• You will work with key stakeholders to define and activate RME's Employee Value Proposition (EVP), leading both internal launches to leaders and employees and external campaigns to potential candidates, ensuring consistent messaging across all channels.• You will design visually compelling recruiting collateral and digital materials, including employee testimonials and success stories, that highlight RME's culture, benefits, and career growth opportunities.• You will develop and manage targeted social media campaigns across relevant platforms, leveraging engaging content, strategic hashtags, and paid advertising (e.g., LinkedIn) to reach key professional demographics.• You will conduct training sessions and provide resources (talking points, FAQs, examples) to equip leaders with the tools to effectively communicate the EVP during interviews, team meetings, and candidate interactions.• You will establish KPIs to measure recruitment effectiveness, use analytics tools to track campaign performance, and continuously refine strategies based on data, feedback, and evolving market trends.A day in the lifeThe Careers Marketing Business Developer plays a critical role in shaping and amplifying RME's employer brand. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
