Computed Tomography Technologist - Travel Job

Become a vital part of a Denver, CO hospital as an experienced Computed Tomography Technologist. You will accurately interpret physicians' scanning instructions, administer contrast materials, and operate CT scan equipment to provide diagnostic imaging for patients in an acute care setting. This role supports CT and XR procedures, including OR counts, and works within a meditech electronic medical record environment.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Current ARRT certification in Radiologic Technology.
• Minimum of 1 year of recent acute care hospital CT experience.
• Completion of an accredited radiology program (JRCERT preferred).
• Current BLS certification.
• Experience operating CT and general radiography equipment, including GE CT and GE XR systems.
• Ability to perform CT and XR procedures, including OR counts.
• Meditech experience preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Additional cross-training in XR and portable imaging.
• Previous experience working on mixed CT/XR units in hospitals with high patient volume.

Assignment Details

• Shift hours: 18:30-07:00.
• Scheduled shift days: Thursday through Saturday.
• Unit type: CAT Scan with combined XR/CT staffing model.
• Typical equipment: GE portable, GE XR, GE CT.

Impacting Patient Care


You will join a hospital environment serving a large acute care population with multi-modality imaging needs. Your role will support timely diagnostic imaging for surgical and emergency patients and contribute to patient throughput and outcomes. You will work alongside a team of XR and CT technologists with defined staffing on day and night shifts.
