As a Religion Specialist, you will help create high‑quality training data that improves AI’s religious literacy, educational support, and cultural context accuracy. Responsibilities Engage the model with religious or historical scenarios, analytical and interpretive questions, and cultural context tasks. Evaluate accuracy, neutrality, and logical consistency of model responses. Document failure modes, capturing reproducible error traces, and provide structured feedback to refine prompts, evaluation frameworks, and reasoning quality. Identify oversimplifications, misinterpretations of texts, or inaccurate historical or cultural information. Qualifications Background in religious studies, theology, history, anthropology, or an adjacent humanities field (degree preferred but not required). Knowledge of world religions, theology, religious history, philosophy of religion, comparative religion, sacred texts, and cultural or anthropological perspectives on belief systems. Strong metacognitive communication skills, articulating reasoning and interpretive steps (“showing your work”). Entry‑level candidates with relevant coursework, independent study, teaching experience, or significant personal interest in religion and cultural studies are encouraged. Compensation & Employment Pay range: $6 to $65 per hour, with the exact rate determined after evaluating experience, expertise, and geographic location. Final offer may vary within the stated range.
