Route Service & Sales Technician-$66,000-$70,000

Role This role is very engaging for the right person, as it blends hands-on service & mechanical work with account management, customer service, and sales. You will be trained to manage every aspect of over 130 restaurant customers doing business with us, to include: Preventative maintenance & repair to our commercial dishwashing machines Product delivery and inventory management of the cleaning chemicals we provide to restaurants Invoicing, receiving payments, upselling, and on-site training Build strong customer relationships that lead to loyalty and new sales opportunities Participate in an on-call rotation for emergency service needs. What You’ll Gain $22/hr to $23/hr or $66,000 - $70,000 annual earning potential (base pay + commission + overtime). Consistent schedule of Monday- Friday, 7:00am - 4:30pm, with occasional overtime. Mechanical aptitude — comfortable learning equipment, diagnosing issues, and fixing problems. Sales mindset — able to identify growth opportunities and build trust. High accountability, reliability, and pride in work. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record for at least three years.
