Physician Qu alifications

\n
1. MD or DO degree
\n
2. Completed an ACGME accredited residency 
\n
3. Current full and unrestricted license to practice medicine or surgery in any U.S. State, Territory, Commonwealth, or District of Columbia
\n
4. Preferred Completion of a residency and Board Certified in Psychiatry.   
\n
