Conduct client intakes and manage depositions. Draft and respond to pleadings and evaluate personal injury claims. Ascertain experts and provide client guidance through effective communication. Conduct medical reviews and negotiate, settle, and litigate cases. Participate in trial proceedings. Requirements 1-3 years of legal experience; personal injury experience preferred. New Jersey judicial clerkship is a plus. Fluency in a second language is a plus. Licensed to practice in the State of New Jersey. Education Juris Doctor from an accredited law school. Certifications Licensed to practice law in New Jersey. Skills Strong legal analysis and drafting skills. Proficient in negotiation and client relations.
