Job Description Stark & Stark is actively recruiting for a Litigation Associate for our Hamilton, NJ office. Responsibilities Support personal injury cases, with oversight from other attorneys in the practice. Responsible for all phases of personal injury litigation, with an emphasis on drafting pleadings, engaging in written discovery, taking and defending depositions and oral motion hearings. Must know or be willing to learn medical concepts and terminology. Evaluate the merits of a personal injury claim, retain experts, and provide guidance and counsel to clients through effective communication. Qualifications and Skills Three to five years of experience handling personal injury cases is preferred. Strong research and writing skills. Skilled in negotiation and drafting. Superior verbal and written communication skills. Strong integrity and professionalism. Exercise judgment and ability to work autonomously and as an effective member of a team. Intellectual curiosity and ability to problem‑solve independently. New Jersey judicial clerkship is a plus. Candidates with an insurance defense background are welcome to apply.
