Job Details

Responsibilities:
1. Provide comprehensive legal advice to clients on matters related to estate planning, wills, trusts, and probate.
2. Draft, review and amend a wide range of legal documents including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and deeds.
3. Represent clients in probate court proceedings and handle all aspects of probate administration.
4. Develop and implement effective estate planning strategies to ensure clients' objectives are met and potential tax liabilities are minimized.
5. Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to advise clients on complex estate planning matters.
6. Collaborate with financial advisors, accountants, and other professionals to ensure a comprehensive approach to estate planning.

Qualifications:

1. Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
2. A minimum of 5+ years of experience in estate planning and probate law.
3. Strong knowledge of laws and regulations related to estate planning, wills, trusts, and probate.
4. Excellent legal research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
5. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex legal concepts to clients in a clear and understandable manner.
6. Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to represent clients' interests effectively in probate court proceedings.
7. High level of professionalism and ethical standards.
8. Ability to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment, managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
