Child and Family Focus, Inc. is seeking a Certified Peer Specialist to mentor Transition Age Youth (ages 14-26) with mental health challenges, helping them access resources, build wellness skills, and stay engaged in their recovery journey. You will meet weekly in home and community settings to support independence and community integration.
