Duties and Responsibilities: Operate CNC milling machines and other machining equipment to produce precision parts. Set up and calibrate machines according to specifications and production requirements. Interpret CAD drawings and SolidWorks models to ensure accurate machining processes. Perform routine maintenance on machines and troubleshoot any operational issues. Utilize hand tools and basic math skills for measuring, cutting, and assembling components. Collaborate with engineering teams to improve tooling and machining processes. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Actively participate in training classes and safety sessions as needed. Strong understanding of machining processes, including milling and turning operations. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating excellent communication skills. Must be authorized to work in US Proficiency with CNC programming languages.
