Hospital Sisters Health System (HSHS) is seeking a Talent Acquisition Consultant to join our team. You will lead full-cycle recruitment, develop innovative sourcing strategies and partner with HR leadership to meet staffing demands for clinical and non-clinical roles. This remote Springfield, IL role includes 40 hours per week with occasional travel.
