Client Services Manager

Role Description We are seeking a Premier Client Manager to join our team in a full-time, on-site capacity based in San Antonio, TX. In this role, you will manage and maintain relationships with high-net-worth clients to ensure their financial needs are met. You will collaborate with our team to create tailored financial plans, provide guidance on investment strategies, and assist clients in achieving their financial goals. Additional responsibilities include conducting client reviews, offering superior customer support, and identifying new opportunities to expand client portfolios. Your role will be critical in promoting trust and long-term relationships between clients and our firm. Qualifications Strong customer relationship management, communication, and interpersonal skills Knowledge of financial planning, asset management, and investment strategies Experience in client onboarding, account review, and portfolio management Familiarity with compliance and regulatory requirements in a financial services environment Proficiency in financial software and tools for tracking and managing investments Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field (MBA or CFP certification is a plus) Ability to work effectively in an on-site team setting in San Antonio, TX Previous experience within the financial planning or wealth management industry is highly desirable #J-18808-Ljbffr National Financial Alliance
