Operations Manager, Valet

Responsibilities Deliver premier customer service to clients and resolve requests and concerns efficiently. Ensure proactive communication with clients regarding opportunities to improve operations. Supervise valet attendant relations, ensuring complaints or misunderstandings about rates or services are resolved diplomatically. Hire, develop, train, and supervise a team of employees. Identify proper staffing levels to complete duties, deliver superior customer service, and perform daily job functions. Ensure that proper parking, security, and cash control procedures are followed. Maximize profitability through revenue development, facility marketing, cash control procedures, expense reviews, and managing the operation’s budget. Identify all procurement and vendor service needs of the location. Perform general accounting duties such as accounts payable, payroll, and petty cash. Monitor facility maintenance for cleanliness standards. Monitor and review all damage claims and recommend and implement plans to improve safety and prevent recurrence. Implement all policies and procedures to ensure compliance with OSHA laws. Qualifications Demonstrates ability to lead, manage and motivate team members. Passionate about customer service and client satisfaction. Prior experience developing budgets and P&L review is a plus. Ability to react and problem-solve quickly. Experience using various computer applications and systems (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) and ability to learn internal programs. License Requirement Must possess a valid state‑issued driver’s license with a current address and acceptable driving record.
