As part of our team, you’ll serve as a “ground traffic controller,” guiding vehicles and pedestrians safely through busy roadways while helping maintain a secure and well-coordinated environment. Beyond safety, you’ll be a trusted guide for travelers—offering directions, answering questions, and ensuring passengers and guests move through the airport with confidence and ease. Compensation: Maximum – Based on experience Minimum - $20.24 About The Ideal Candidate:

What You’ll Do:

• Direct vehicle and pedestrian traffic around terminals
• Patrol terminals, parking areas, and airport perimeter
• Respond to alarms and unusual activity
• Support emergency responders (Police, Fire, EMS)
• Assist passengers with directions, parking, and general airport information
• Provide comfort and assistance to travelers in distress
• Enforce airport traffic and security rules
• Complete written reports and logs
• Performs additional related work as required.

What You Need: Education: Required: * High School diploma or equivalent education Experience: Preferred: * 1 year or more years of Security, or Traffic Control, or Customer Service-related experience Licenses or Certifications: Preferred: * Current and active driver's license Typical Work Schedule & Hours: * Position operates 24/7 and includes rotating shifts, nights, weekends, holidays, and on-site response during emergencies or severe weather as an essential employee
