Senior Treasury Analyst

StevenDouglas is partnering with a large, publicly traded manufacturing leader (Fortune 200, North America's largest in its industry) to find a Senior Treasury Analyst for a high-visibility role with a clear path to Treasury leadership. The Opportunity: Lead cash positioning, liquidity forecasting, and short-term investment management Own a company-wide initiative to modernize payments — transitioning from checks to ACH/wires and virtual accounts Serve as a go-to resource for a growing treasury team, with strong succession potential Work directly with senior finance leadership (reporting to Treasury Operations Manager) Digital-first environment — AI tools, automation, and process improvement are core to the role, not an afterthought What They're Looking For: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field 5+ years in Treasury, Finance, or Accounting Recent experience with daily cash positioning, managing investments, enterprise payment activities, banking operations, and treasury initiatives Self-starter, comfortable taking initiative and owning projects Why Consider This Role: Competitive base + bonus (ROA bonus + profit sharing — both cash and trust components) Hybrid schedule (4 days onsite, 1 day WFH) New leadership team investing heavily in the finance function's growth Real ownership over a major digital transformation initiative — not just maintaining the status quo #J-18808-Ljbffr
