Job Summary Leasing Professionals at Gables are responsible for guiding prospective residents through the leasing process, developing strong community relationships, and maximizing revenue through increased closing ratios and occupancy rates. Responsibilities Tour prospective residents and guide them through the sales process. Develop meaningful relationships with the community through resident events, marketing campaigns, and community service. Maximize revenue by increasing closing ratios and exceeding budgeted occupancy expectations. Provide signature service to residents, associates, vendors, and investors through genuine connections and timely responses. Qualifications Subject-matter expert who can effectively and enthusiastically present properties. Passionate about building relationships and marketing opportunities.
