Role: Apartment Leasing Consultant Location: Denton, TX 76207 Pay: $18/hr Opportunity Type: Contract Greet and assist prospective residents with property tours and leasing information Provide outstanding customer service to current and future residents Process applications, lease agreements, renewals, and resident documentation Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and manage office communications Maintain accurate resident files and leasing records Assist with marketing initiatives and community outreach efforts Follow up with prospects and support occupancy goals Support daily office operations and administrative tasks Maintain a professional and welcoming office environment Previous leasing experience preferred Strong customer service and communication skills Professional appearance and demeanor Ability to multitask and remain organized in a busy environment Basic computer skills and experience with property management software is a plus Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Positive attitude and strong work ethic BG Staffing is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
