This full-time position performs clerical and accounting work within the City of Early's utility billing operations. Working under the direction of the Public Works Operations & Compliance Manager, the Utility Billing Clerk maintains the City's water, sewer, and sanitation billing records and customer accounts; receipts and reconciles utility payments; and delivers front-line customer service to residents regarding their utility accounts. The position requires accuracy, sound judgment, and the ability to manage a high volume of transactional work while maintaining strong customer relationships. There may be additional work projects and office tasks assigned as needed. #J-18808-Ljbffr
