Customer Service Rep

Customer Service Rep Sales experience would be a plus. Do you enjoy talking with customers and being part of a team that provides solutions through sales? We are looking for a Customer Service Rep to join our team here at A-1 Pest Control, where you will provide solutions to our future customers. As a Customer Service Rep, you are responsible for listening to the needs of consumers and matching them with our service plan. Logically and efficiently routing technicians and offering solutions create the foundation of what this role requires to be successful. Additionally, Customer Service Reps must be able to efficiently use a route management system to schedule appointments for customers. This is an onsite position Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. Key Responsibilities: Handle incoming calls, online inquiries, and referrals from prospective customers needing pest control services Make outbound calls to follow up on leads, schedule inspections, and offer service plans Understand and explain pest control services, treatment processes, pricing, and contract terms clearly Qualify leads based on specific pest issues, location, and urgency, and schedule appointments for territory managers Provide post-sale support and follow-up to increase retention and upsell additional services Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Benefits and compensation for Customer Service Reps: Hourly plus sales commission 2 weeks PTO in the first year with progression $10k company-paid life insurance policy 401(k) contribution match after a year Health insurance Successful candidates must provide employment references and pass background checks and drug screening.
