Oferta de Escape Velocity para un puesto de Lead Outsourcing VFX Artist en modalidad remota , orientado a un proyecto AAA y a la dirección de efectos visuales externalizados. La posición se desarrolla en un entorno internacional, con foco en calidad artística, coordinación técnica y trabajo en equipo. Descripción del puesto La persona seleccionada se incorporará al equipo para impulsar la creación de contenido variado y de alto impacto, ayudando a dar vida a los mundos del juego y a reforzar la jugabilidad. Su labor será clave para definir criterios visuales, elevar el estándar de calidad de los VFX y optimizar el trabajo con socios externos. Responsabilidades Dirigir e implementar VFX AAA de alta calidad para apoyar gameplay y cosméticos de personajes y objetos. Establecer la dirección visual y las pautas técnicas junto con dirección y el equipo de VFX . Analizar y aportar feedback para mejorar la calidad artística y el rendimiento técnico de los activos externalizados. Formar y desbloquear a socios externos, compartiendo buenas prácticas, ejemplos y apoyo a los calendarios de producción. Resolver ambigüedades con rapidez y promover prácticas sostenibles y eficaces. Requisitos Experiencia en gestión y perfil de referencia como subject matter expert . Experiencia con procesos de External Development . Dominio de Unreal Niagara/Blueprint , Substance Designer , Maya , 3ds Max , Embergen y/o Houdini . Autodesk Flow Production Tracking y Confluence son imprescindibles. Gran atención al detalle y capacidad organizativa. Capacidad para resolver problemas de gestión de activos a gran escala, ineficiencias de pipeline y procesos técnicos complejos. Sólido entendimiento de game feel , diseño de affordances y lenguaje visual de forma y color. Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y colaboración. Curiosidad natural por la visión global y facilidad para trabajar en equipo. Motivación constante por mejorar artísticamente y mantenerse al día en real-time visual effects y pipelines de game development .
