Lead Outreach Caller - Roofing and Solar

We are looking for a Part-Time Lead Outreach Caller to contact homeowners and prospective customers and generate qualified leads for roofing and solar services. The primary responsibility is to engage homeowners, identify potential needs, qualify prospects, handle basic objections, and schedule qualified appointments for the sales team. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with experience in outbound calling, appointment setting, telemarketing, lead generation, or sales who is comfortable working toward call and appointment targets. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Make outbound calls to homeowners and prospective customers. Introduce roofing and solar services in a professional and conversational manner. Ask qualifying questions to identify potential roofing or solar opportunities. Identify homeowner needs such as roof damage, leaks, repairs, replacement needs, or interest in solar. Handle common objections and maintain a positive conversation. Schedule qualified appointments for the sales team. Follow up with interested prospects and leads who request a callback. Accurately document calls, lead information, outcomes, and follow-up activities in the CRM. Maintain consistent call volume and follow-up activity during scheduled working hours. Meet agreed-upon performance and appointment-setting targets. Escalate qualified or high-intent prospects to the appropriate sales representative. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Previous experience in outbound calling, appointment setting, telemarketing, lead generation, or sales . Strong spoken English and clear communication skills. Comfortable speaking with U.S. homeowners. Confident handling objections and rejection. Strong listening and conversational skills. Reliable and consistent attendance during scheduled hours. Good computer and CRM skills. Able to work independently in a remote environment. Goal-oriented and motivated by measurable results.
