Their compensation package is competitive including bonuses and a 401K program.Job Responsibilities Include:Ensure projects are delivered on-time, within budget and within the scopeExperience on public education projects requiredDevelop a detailed project plan to track progressEstablish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendorsLead and direct the work of other project team members as neededClient follow-up and retentionSkills and Requirements:Construction Management degree, or equivalent experienceMinimum of 5+ years of structural steel fabrication and construction experienceKnowledge of all phases of the building construction process including pre-construction through closeoutExcellent time management skillsExtensive experience in cost controlsGreat interpersonal and communication skills
