Shipping & Receiving Coordinator

Shipping & Receiving Coordinator Direct Hire | Brooklyn Park, MN | $23–$28+/hour Monday–Friday | 6:00/7:00 AM – 4:00/4:30 PM We're partnering with a growing custom manufacturing company to add a Shipping & Receiving Coordinator to their team. This is a hands‑on role supporting shipping, receiving, inventory, and logistics in a clean, organized manufacturing environment. If you're detail‑oriented, enjoy staying organized, and take pride in making sure products get out the door accurately and on time, we'd love to talk with you. Responsibilities Prepare domestic and international shipping documentation, including packing slips, bills of lading, commercial invoices, and shipping labels Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment Coordinate shipments with customers and freight carriers Receive incoming materials and verify quantities and accuracy Maintain inventory through cycle counting and organization Track freight costs and process shipping documentation Coordinate outside processing, such as heat treating and finishing services Investigate and resolve shipping and receiving discrepancies Operate a forklift to move materials and finished products Backup work in the assembly department Qualifications Experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse, or logistics within a manufacturing environment Experience with domestic and international shipping procedures Familiarity with FedEx, UPS WorldShip, DHL, or similar shipping software Forklift experience Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment Good communication and customer service skills Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel Benefits Medical and dental insurance 401k Paid holidays PTO Konik is an equal‑opportunity employer.
