Forklift Operator

This is a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity with a company that is a leader in the packaging industry. For over 50 years, they have manufactured a variety of products for some of the biggest companies in the U.S. They also create unique displays for top retailers.

In this Forklift Operator role, you will be responsible for safely moving materials throughout the facility, supplying production lines, and loading and unloading finished goods. Forklift Operator Responsibilities:

• Operate sit-down forklift equipment to move materials throughout the facility
• Load and unload trucks with raw materials and finished products
• Supply production lines with needed materials and remove completed product
• Perform inventory and material handling tasks as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all safety and quality standards at all times

Forklift Operator Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months of recent forklift experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment
• Ability to safely operate a forklift and work around moving equipment
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs with or without accommodation
• Comfortable standing, walking, and operating equipment for the duration of the shift

Schedule: Day Shift

• Monday: 6:00am-2:30pm
• Tuesday: 6:00am-2:30pm
• Wednesday: 5:00am-2:30pm
• Thursday: 6:00am-2:30pm
• Friday: 6:00am-2:30pm
