Now Hiring: Supported Living Specialist

Make a Difference. Build Relationships. Support Independence.

Schedule: Tuesday – Saturday | Up to 40 hours/week | Daytime Hours | Some On-Call

Location: Billings, MT & surrounding areas

Pay: Based on experience + mileage reimbursement

Must have: Valid driver's license + reliable personal vehicle, Must be at least 21 years old

What You'll Do:

You'll work one-on-one with adults with disabilities, helping them thrive in their daily lives and in the community. Every day will be a little different - and meaningful.

Your day-to-day may include:

• Supporting individuals with daily living skills like meal prep, money management, and personal care
• Helping with shopping, household tasks, and hygiene routines
• Taking clients to fun and meaningful community activities
• Helping develop personal support plans tailored to each individual's goals

You'll build real relationships, help others reach goals big and small, and become a trusted part of people's lives.

What We're Looking For:

• Required: High School Diploma or GED
• Preferred: Experience in human services or working with people with disabilities
• A caring, upbeat attitude and a true desire to help others
• Comfortable being out in the community and occasionally using your own vehicle (mileage reimbursed!)
