POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct individual counseling sessions
- Facilitate group counseling sessions
- Complete treatment planning
- Maintain timely documentation
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings
- Support recovery and relapse prevention planning
- Assist with discharge and continuing care planning
QUALIFICATIONS
Preferred:
- CSC-AD
- CAC-AD
- LGADC
- ADT
- Experience working in SUD treatment
Strong consideration will be given to motivated candidates with behavioral health experience.
