BILINGUAL FRONT DESK RECEPTIONIST

Description We are seeking a friendly, energetic, and dependable Bilingual Front Desk Receptionist to join a small chiropractic office in Conroe, Texas. The ideal candidate will have an outgoing personality, a welcoming smile, excellent customer service skills, and a strong work ethic. We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people, takes pride in their work, and can create a positive first impression for every patient who walks through our doors. Requirements Key Responsibilities Welcome and greet patients in a friendly, professional manner. Answer incoming phone calls and respond to patient questions. Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments. Assist patients with check-in and check-out procedures. Maintain accurate patient information and office records. Keep the reception area clean, organized, and welcoming. Assist with basic administrative tasks and paperwork. Communicate effectively with patients in both English and Spanish. Support the chiropractic team with daily office operations. Maintain patient confidentiality and professionalism at all times. Qualifications & Requirements Bilingual in English and Spanish is required. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Friendly, outgoing personality with a positive attitude. Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality. Professional appearance and a welcoming demeanor. Ability to multitask and remain organized. Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new systems. Ability to work independently and as part of a small team. Willingness to take initiative and assist wherever needed.
