General Production Worker

Hiring Production Workers *START ASAP!!*

Responsibilities

• Cast and mold ceramic products using production equipment
• Paint and finish products using brushes and spray equipment
• Assemble components and prepare materials for production
• Package and label finished products for shipment
• Inspect products for quality and identify defects
• Use hand tools and barcode scanners as needed
• Follow work orders and production instructions
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Meet daily production and quality goals

Requirements

• Manufacturing, production, assembly, or general labor experience preferred
• Ability to lift 30-50 lbs regularly
• Comfortable performing repetitive tasks
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Experience using basic hand tools
• Comfortable working in hot and physically demanding conditions
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Additional Skills

• Experience using drills, scrapers, and other hand tools
• Painting or finishing experience
• Familiarity with work orders and manufacturing processes
• Ability to adapt to different production tasks
• Motivated and eager to learn

Work Environment

• Manufacturing shop environment
• Fast-paced, hands-on work
• Exposure to heat, humidity, mud, and dust
• Frequent lifting and material handling
• Active role with standing and movement throughout the shift

Job Type & Location

This is a contract position based out of Spokane Valley, WA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
