Shifts Available: PRN
Position Summary
The RN is responsible for providing high-quality nursing care, overseeing daily clinical operations, and supporting a team of LPNs and CNAs. This role is essential in promoting resident well-being, ensuring compliance, and creating a compassionate care environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct resident assessments and respond to changes in condition
- Develop and manage individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments safely
- Supervise and support LPNs, CNAs, and nursing staff
- Communicate with physicians, families, and care teams
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Respond to emergencies and follow proper protocols
- Participate in audits, surveys, and quality initiatives
- Educate residents and families on care and treatments
- Ensure compliance with infection control and safety standards
Qualifications
- Active RN license in good standing
- ADN or BSN required
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- At least 1 year of nursing experience (long-term care preferred)
- Strong clinical, leadership, and communication skills
- Proficiency in EMR/EHR systems
- Ability to respond quickly in emergency situations
