Job Overview The Back-of-the-House team members have a mutual respect for quality food, performing their responsibilities as if placing a personal signature on every plate. Newly hired cooks train in a specific station based on comfort level and innate skill, so mastery of all kitchen tasks is not required to work at First Watch. Responsibilities Communicate well with others and believe in the importance of teamwork. Be responsible for delivering high‑quality, safe food in a fast‑paced kitchen. Follow the restaurant’s recipes and use only the freshest ingredients. Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized station. Qualifications Must be at least 18 years of age.
