Responsibilities:
- Lead kitchen team in daily operations
- Ensure food quality and safety standards are met
- Train and mentor kitchen staff
- Assist in inventory management
- holding kitchen staff accountable to procedures and policy
- ensure completion of systems and processes
Requirements:
- Previous kitchen experience
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent communication abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must have PM and Saturday Availability
Location: Deerfield (IL)
Work Schedule
- Weekend availability
- Monday to Friday
