$17.81 per hour + tips Élephante is seeking experienced bartenders to join our team in Santa Monica. We are looking for bartenders who thrive in a high‑volume, fast‑paced environment while maintaining a strong focus on hospitality, quality, and attention to detail. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages to guests following recipes and service standards Deliver warm, engaging hospitality to guests at the bar and in the dining room Maintain strong knowledge of the cocktail list, wine program, spirits, and menu offerings Execute service efficiently in a high‑volume environment Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area throughout service Work closely with barbacks, servers, and management to ensure smooth service Follow all health, safety, and responsible alcohol service guidelines Assist with bar setup, breakdown, and stocking Qualifications 2+ years of bartending experience in a high‑volume restaurant or bar Experience in upscale or hospitality‑driven environments preferred Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine, and classic drink preparation Ability to remain organized and composed during busy services Positive attitude and team‑oriented mindset Excellent communication and guest service skills Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays Compensation & Benefits $17.81 per hour + tips Flexible scheduling Opportunities for growth within a growing hospitality group Employee dining benefits Élephante is an equal opportunity employer. #J-18808-Ljbffr
