Base pay Base pay range: $50,000.00/yr - $52,000.00/yr Responsibilities Lead and supervise a group of CX Specialists to deliver an inspiring and unique customer experience. Qualifications 3+ years of customer service supervisory experience. Excellent communication skills, coaching and mentoring abilities. Team player, self-starter with sound judgment and problem-solving skills. High school diploma or equivalent required.
