Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant

Renewal Rehab is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to provide high-quality, hands-on therapy services for seniors in skilled nursing and post-acute care settings. In this role, you will implement treatment plans established by a Physical Therapist, focusing on restoring function, mobility, and independence. Responsibilities include leading therapeutic exercises, gait and balance training, and functional activities; documenting patient progress; and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team.
