Inside Sales Representative

We’re hiring an Inside Sales Representative to support our Account Managers in running and growing an existing book of business. This is a non-prospecting role focused on sales operations, customer support, and execution within a fast-paced technology environment. What you’ll do: Support Account Managers with day-to-day account management Build and deliver accurate quotes for technology products/solutions Manage customer requests, order flow, and follow-ups Research product specs and part numbers across a technical catalog Partner cross-functionally to ensure smooth order execution Maintain CRM data and track opportunities What we’re looking for: 3–5 years in inside sales, sales ops, or account support (tech preferred) Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities Experience with quoting, CRM/ERP systems, and customer coordination Comfortable working with technical products or learning quickly Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual’s skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs.
