Base pay range $110,000.00/yr - $140,000.00/yr Direct message the job poster from The Davis Companies We are seeking an experienced Plant Manager to oversee all aspects of plant operations in a dynamic manufacturing environment. This role is critical in driving operational excellence, ensuring safety, and fostering continuous improvement through Lean principles. Key Responsibilities Lead teams to achieve targets for Daily Production, Quality, Labor Efficiency , and adherence to the Operating System . Interpret and enforce company policies and procedures. Champion Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement initiatives. Establish and maintain a safe workplace through employee involvement. Investigate injuries and support corrective actions. Inspect products for specification compliance; analyze non-conformances and implement corrective measures. Recommend improvements to production methods, equipment performance, and product quality. Ensure accurate completion of all reporting formats and paperwork. Maintain inventory accuracy of raw materials in the area. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment (heavy industry and maintenance supervision preferred). Proven ability to manage and develop staff . Demonstrated leadership within cross-functional plant operations teams . Strong analytical skills with the ability to link financial results to operational performance drivers . Excellent planning, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills. Why Join Us?
